Are KINTO glass products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our heat-resistant glass products are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, please check the specific product description or the bottom of the item for exact care instructions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive a shipping label.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the EU?
Currently, KINTO Europe primarily ships to countries within the European Union. For shipping to other regions, please visit our global or region-specific websites.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your items arrive broken or damaged, please take a photo of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
